Great value beginner microscope for micro soldering works. The quality of this microscope is good and can get the job done. The lights is flexible so you can move around to adjust the brightness.I replaced and fixed MacBook logic boards with this microscope.For my setup I put the base backward and add 4 2.5lbs dumbbell plates.

A very good microscope for the price

The scope arrived well packed in molded polystyrene packaging within a box packed within an outer shipping box. It took 10 days longer to arrive than expected because the courier service lost it!The microscope was simple to assemble but the locking lever that attaches to the threaded piece on the left points downwards instead of upwards as shown in the photo on the product page. I ll have to add a washer to allow it to tighten in the correct position.I am using the LED lighting on 230VAC without any problem. The dual gooseneck LEDs work very nicely. There is no intensity adjustment however and perhaps I will modify it and add an adjustment knob.The working distance is good and the image quality is excellent though I find it difficult to keep the two eyepieces close together for an unobstructed view as my eyes are quite close together and I have a wide bridge that causes them to move apart. This is the most annoying part of using this.It ships with a pair of WF10X and also WF20X eyepieces. A single pair of rubber eye caps are provided so these have to be swapped between the eyepieces when changing them. Each eyepiece is loosely held in place with a screw that needs to be loosened with a screwdriver in order to change eyepieces which is a bit inconvenient. This is to prevent them being knocked off the head by accident.I am using this for electronic assembly and find 10X magnification is too much for soldering so I ordered a pair of 30mm diameter WF5X eyepieces from another supplier. These are pretty standard so they fit perfectly.I find that with the scope on a standard work table using a standard office chair the eyepieces are a bit high to reach comfortably even with the head lowered to the lowest possible angle. Also the base is heavy enough to prevent the weight of the head from tipping the scope over but only just - it is not that stable and should be much heavier to prevent it tipping over.Overall I am happy with this purchase however the build quality is very good and the alternatives are a lot more expensive.

The electronic eyepiece itself can be installed in a microscope with a 23.2mm eyepiece tube inner diameter.
SS41 is a 30.5mm eyepiece tube inner diameter. You need to purchase a 30.5mm eyepiece tube adapter ring.
The S41-20 can not see 130mm parts and the column height is not enough.
A special camera connector is required, which is rarely used now. Generally, a store camera is used, so we do not provide a camera connector.
The maximum field of view of a high-end microscope is generally 25mm, generally 18-22mm, not as large as 5cm

No, it is only brightfield. The SW350/SW380 brightfield condenser cannot add a darkfield accessory for darkfield observation, and the condenser is dedicated, and the brackets of different manufacturers cannot be interchanged, that is, the darkfield condensers of other manufacturers cannot be used on our microscopes.

A very good microscope for the price
